What great wines and food pairing from Frederic! I attended this wine tasting event with ten of my good friends and everyone told me they enjoyed the seminar given by Frederic and discovered that there are outstanding wines outside the usual Champagne, Burgundy and Bordeaux regions at more reasonnable price. Last but not least, with such good pricing for such a feast, I am looking forward to attending the next event.
