 he stars at the Restaurant La Scene of the Mercure Hotel Shimbashi. For th
 e first time our trip will take us in two countries France and USA\, to vi
 sit Burgundy and California and compare their production of Sparkling\, Wh
 ite and Reds and especially with the grapes Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. All
  wines will be paired with a nice french dinner at the restaurant La Scene
  of the Mercure Hotel Shimbashi. Entry price is only ¥22\,000 per person 
 for this unique experience\; a 6 dishes gourmet dinner\, and the wine lect
 ure. June 28th dinner schedule: - 18:30pm: Doors opening. - 19:00pm: Prese
