This December, we are delighted to invite you to explore the prestigious Côte des Blancs, the heart of Chardonnay in Champagne. 
On Saturday, December 19th, join us at 6:30 PM (doors open at 6:00 PM) for an evening dedicated to the wines and terroirs of one of Champagne's most iconic regions.
Stretching south of Épernay over about twenty kilometers, the Côte des Blancs is home to the grands crus of Cramant, Avize, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Chouilly and Oiry, where the chalky soils give birth to some of the world's finest Chardonnays. From bright, mineral non-vintage cuvées to riper, age-worthy vintage and prestige cuvées, this dinner will take you on a journey through the depth and finesse of Blanc de Blancs Champagnes.
All wines will be carefully selected and paired with a delicious dinner at La Scène, Mercure Tokyo Hibiya. 
Entry price is only ¥22,000 per person for this unique experience; a 6 dishes gourmet dinner, and the Côte des Blancs Champagne lecture.
December 19th dinner schedule:
- 6:30 PM: Doors open
- 7:00 PM: Côte des Blancs Champagne Presentation with Frédéric Cayuela, DipWSET.
- 7:30 PM: Beginning of the dinner.
- 10:00 PM: Doors closing
