For events, cancellation is possible.  We must be notified at least 2 days prior to the event day for a full refund. 50% will be charged for cancellations 1 day prior the event day. And 100% will be charged for cancellation on the event day.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all other products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
