This April, we are delighted to invite you to discover the vibrant and diverse world of Canadian wines.

On Saturday, April 11th, join us at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM) as we celebrate the bold flavors and unique terroirs of Canada in the cozy ambiance of Restaurant La Scène, located in the Mercure Hotel Hibiya.

While Canada is famous for its ice wines, we will also explore the country’s exceptional still wines, from the crisp whites of British Columbia to the elegant reds of Ontario and the innovative blends of Nova Scotia. Prepare for an evening of discovery, surprise, and conviviality.   

Entry price is only ¥22,000 per person for a gourmet five-course dinner, expertly paired with six wines from across Canada, and a special lecture on Canadian wine culture.

 April 11th dinner schedule:

- 18:30pm: Doors open

- 19:00 PM: Presentation with Frédéric Cayuela, DipWSET.

- 19:30 PM: Beginning of the diner.

- 22:00 PM: Doors closing
