This February, we are thrilled to invite you to explore the Chablis and Grand Auxerrois regions of Burgundy.
On Saturday, February 21st, join us at 7:00 PM (doors open at 6:30 PM) as we celebrate Saint Valentine in the cozy ambiance of the Resturant La Scène, located in the Mercure Hotel Hibiya. 
While Chablis is renowned for its exceptional white wines, we will also discover the hidden gems of the neighboring Auxerrois region, which produces remarkable reds. Prepare for an evening of finesse, elegance, and minerality. 
Entry price is only ¥22,000 per person for a gourmet five-course French dinner, expertly paired with six wines from the region, and a Chablis wine lecture
February 21st dinner schedule:
- 18:30PM: Doors open
- 19:00 PM: Presentation with Frédéric Cayuela, DipWSET.
- 19:30 PM: Beginning of the diner.
- 22:00 PM: Doors closing
