ÔTerroirs is very delighted to announce our next Blind tasting event.

In addition to the wine dinners we are already organising, we are continuing our casual blind tasting club in Tokyo bistro restaurants.

Educative, fun and accessible. Without embarrassment, learn how to taste with new friends in a amusing atmosphere.

Blind tasting is always super fun, and you will realise that wine can taste very differently depending on your tasting conditions.

The entry price is only 11,000¥ per person for this unique blind tasting experience, which includes a casual dinner and different premium wines.

This time, the blind tasting will be expertly guided by Damien Borghi, Sommelier of L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Tokyo. 

Damien’s journey began amidst the sun-drenched streets of Marseille, where his passion for gastronomy first took root. With over 19 years of experience, he has refined his expertise in the world of wine, earning his reputation in Monaco by curating exceptional selections for an elite clientele, including Hollywood icons, F1 champions, global billionaires, and even the Prince of Monaco. 

  Event schedule:

- 18:30pm: Doors opening.

- 19:00pm: Beginning of the blind tasting event.

- 21:00pm: Closing Doors.
